Pei-Fen Lee (b. 1990) is an artist based in Taipei. Lee's practice examines the psychological effect of disorientation in urbanism. Her research branches out to varied disciplines such as spatial studies, cultural studies, architecture and psychology. In her recent project, she looks at how cities use data and social media to bolster public image through branding and tourism. To be more specific, how the image by being collectively uploaded and shared online physically influences one place by changing the perception of it.
